For an exclusive time period they rule over an unpretentious restaurant that opens six nights a week with limited seating. A luxurious ‘pop-up‘ with the ambience of a private club, hidden away from the outside world.

Ron Blaauw gave up his fancy two Michelin Star restaurant in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel to do what he loves most, spoil people with simple amazing food. Returning to his roots and working with basic ingredients, his ‘Gastrobar‘ has ironically amassed one Michelin star already. Amateur DJ, sports lover, modern Rennaissance man, Ron finds perfection in simplicity.

Soenil Bahadoer was born in Surinam and moved to The Netherlands when he was eight years old. In the traditional Hindi culture in which he was brought up, food and enjoying meals together played a big part. It came as no surprise that Soenil wanted to be a chef. Now a two Michelin star master chef he fuses traditional French cuisine with the exotic flavours from his ethnic roots.

Van Loo is the son of a butcher, growing up in Mechelen in the southern part of the Netherlands. He earned his stripes working at various top-notch restaurants until het took over Rotterdam's ‘Parkheuvel‘ and amassed two stars. Meticulous in creating his signature dishes, his style is classical French with a modern presentation.
